4DMM — for Disciple Making Mentors

Disciple Making Mentors exists to provide training, gathering, resources, and coaching to teams laboring among the remaining frontier peoples.

An App to Obey Jesus and Make Disciples? (Multiple Languages)

Growth WheelWhen Louise and I were praying for the Bangladeshi DMM trainees we had just graduated, the Holy Spirit gave me an idea for an app that would help Barnabus-types (Encouragers, Disciple Makers) to help their disciples to apply the basic commands of Jesus to their everyday lives – and experience the rapid growth and multiplication that result.

It uses the “Wheel of our Obedience” developed 30 years ago by Paul Hillhouse in India to make concrete the concept of Jesus’ Commands we’d learned from Dr. George Patterson.

We have made it expandable into any language requested by users and it has modes for:

    • Solo use (check your own progress as an obedient disciple)
    • Timothy-Paul Pairing. Disciple and Encourager (have a mentor use it with you)
    • To connect with your Timothies (shared with you and any number of disciples. One on one.)

This app is intentionally simple and very practical. Get one real-world action point to put into practice each time you use it.

We will never charge for this and you are free to disperse across your networks. Invite you mentor(s), and all your disciples. Let’s follow the Master!

BTW: If you are a native speaker in one of these languages, you can help. We need to check a list of terms to make sure the AI translation is correct for Christian terminology. If you can help:

  1. Download this file: Jesus_Commands_Authoritative_Master_Glossary_11_Languages
  2.  Open it and take it out of “Protected View” making it editable.
  3. Go to page four “Reviewer Worksheet”
  4. Select your language from the drop-down “Language Code” menu at top left.
